To demonstrate our experience supporting student recruitment through brand-aligned creative and institutional collaboration, we’ve included this project spotlight from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications. Our assignment was to create a strategically structured, visually compelling recruitment brochure aimed at driving interest and applications for both undergraduate and graduate programs. This example aligns directly with the University of West Florida’s scope of services related to creative development, audience-specific messaging, brand consistency, and enrollment communications strategy. Our work required both creativity and precision. The brochure needed to reflect the College’s unique personality while adhering to UF’s universitywide brand guidelines. It also had to engage multiple student segments and present academic pathways, career opportunities, and campus experiences in a clear, inspiring way—all within a high-impact printed format supported by digital distribution. This project is representative of evok’s ability to translate institutional goals into high-performing creative assets—ensuring messaging, visual identity, and student priorities remain aligned. It also reflects our collaborative approach in working closely with internal stakeholders to support recruitment outcomes and reinforce institutional brand equity.
