We are an eclectic group of seasoned men and women and shiny new pennies, all dedicated to making our mark on the advertising industry. Thick-skinned and warm-hearted, most of all, we’re a family with a shared goal of helping our clients build their brands and reminding them to have fun while doing so.

We uncover, craft and share passionate brand stories, to create category leaders by simplifying the complex, and helping to share the extraordinary. Above the front door of our Lake Mary office, our mantra of “Ideas. Work. Results.” Our philosophy sounds simple, but in reality, it’s a moving target made attainable only by the passion and dedication of our team.

Overview

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media discipline. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, content creation, and team leadership. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, oversee campaign execution, and guide the growth of the department.

This is a lead-from-the-front role. You’ll shape the vision, set the pace, and ensure the team delivers strong, consistent work that meets business objectives. You’ll also play a key part in client strategy, reporting, and presenting work that drives measurable results.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage the social media team’s workflow, assignments, and priorities
  • Develop and lead platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Direct and review content calendars, ensuring alignment with voice, tone, and creative direction
  • Oversee all reporting, turning metrics into insights and optimizations
  • Capture or direct real-time content in the field, including photo and video
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for social media clients, presenting strategy, performance, and campaign evolution
  • Guide paid social recommendations, tools, and vendor relationships
  • Establish internal best practices and scalable processes for growth
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and KPIs

What You Bring

  • 3+ years managing social media for brands or clients
  • Proven experience leading campaigns from concept to execution
  • A sharp creative eye and ability to direct high-quality social content
  • Strong presentation skills and client communication experience
  • A command of social platforms, trends, tools, and analytics
  • Confidence in managing both people and process
  • Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on when needed
  • A solutions-first mindset with a track record of follow-through

Bonus Points

  • Experience with paid media strategy and budget recommendations
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or mobile editing apps
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach or user-generated content campaigns
  • Experience building a social department or introducing new workflows

Work Environment and Travel

This is a hybrid role based in Central Florida. Travel for client meetings and on-site content capture is expected. You’ll need to be comfortable with screen time, live shoots, fast deadlines, and real collaboration.
