OPPORTUNITY

Working directly with the agency’s creative team you’ll gain valuable insight into the creative field of advertising and integrated marketing with local, regional, national, and international clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute creative concepts that are on-strategy across all media
- Fill in the gaps on concepts developed by senior members of the creative group
- Endeavor to develop work within creative guidelines and budget of the assignment
- Adhere to deadlines and take responsibility for timing and delivery
- Work collaboratively with the creative department and members of other departments
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Some creative concepting skills are a plus
- Basic understanding of best copy practices for digital and print design
- Create original and engaging blog material for clients
- Exceptional spelling and proofing skills
- Able to conduct research for clients or new business opportunities
- Ability to work quickly and adhere to strict deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take direction from creative leads
- Execute other agency duties, as requested
INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- Advertising, Marketing, or creative majors preferred
- Junior or senior standing
- 12 hours per week commitment, at a minimum
- Writing portfolio mandatory for interview

OPPORTUNITY:
Experience day-to-day life inside one of Central Florida’s largest advertising agencies! Gain valuable insight into the world of Digital Technology and Analysis with access to real-life implementations of SEO, CRO, Funnel Optimization, and web app data collection. You will be exposed to the backend of marketing and development, where your code creates the campaign based on the targeted strategy and goal. Learn how to report on client successes and failures, design new tactics, and implement real-world solutions to creative strategy.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the Digital Technology wing of our agency by working with our Analysis and Development staff to optimize data collection of marketing campaigns. Need to have familiarity with HTML, PHP and CSS. Basic working knowledge of WordPress.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Make modifications to client websites & landing pages. (HTML5, PHP, CSS)
- Analyze and Implement web app analytics for client campaigns.
- Analyze and Implement search engine optimization (SEO) efforts for clients.
- Analyze and Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts for clients.
- Work with agency staff on web hosting facilities within a Plesk environment.
- Execute other agency duties, as requested.

Contribute to social media activities for the agency and its clients, as assigned by the Social Media Manager and/or social team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Research and prepare content for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
- Develop editorial calendars for content strategy plans
- Produce reports using evok tracking tools
- Conduct research for clients and/or new business opportunities

Train on how to identify clients in different industries that “fit” an agency best. Develop and maintain prospect lists using software and research skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to new business development activities for the agency as assigned by the CEO and/or New Business Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Research important information relating to specific industries that the agency serves
- Maintain a new business prospect database including primary, secondary, and general target prospects; record product/market information about each prospect; and regularly update all contact information.
- Keep timely contact with prospects through regular emails, mailings, phone calls, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the business development team to schedule prospecting emails/newsletters, search marketing ads, and other online tactics.
- Follow up on all prospect meetings with letters/agency literature.
- Coordinate internally to develop proposals with specific department heads by providing opportunity details in the agency system
