ABC Email Campaign

IDEAS.

As the ninth largest meeting facility in Orlando, The Caribe Royale is unique from other properties in that all of its meeting space is capable of hosting groups ranging in size from SMERFs to banquets and large conventions. Given the task to raise awareness about the resort’s event spaces, we set out to create an enticing promotion to engage meeting planners of its offerings while informing them of special incentives and exclusive offers.

WORK.

Our team developed the ABC Slot Machine, an interactive marketing tool to showcase to current and potential meeting planners. This unique approach encouraged users to click and play the game in hopes of landing on the ultimate prize.

We extended this promotion by placing banner ads on meeting planner websites, allowing us to not only highlight the campaign, but also stand out among the traditional creative implemented by competitors.

We also composed and strategically distributed a press release for the promotion to various online and print trade publications with high readership of meeting planners. Alongside reaching out to trade publications, our team engaged with meeting planners through social media efforts.
