LAKE MARY, Fla. – June 20, 2012 – Evok Advertising, celebrating its ten-year anniversary in Central Florida, welcomes two new additions to the team, Carly Laskey as account manager and Kendra Haley as account coordinator, to support the agency’s growing business.

Laskey earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Florida (Gainesville, Fla.). After college, she worked for the Tampa Bay Times Forum as a marketing coordinator, followed by serving as a director of marketing with Clear Channel Radio. During that time, she was nominated for Marketing Director of the Year at the Radio & Record Industry Achievement Awards, and was an honoree of Edison Media Research’s 30 Under 30.

Haley began her career at EsPrácticas, an advertising agency in Madrid, Spain, where she managed a social media rebranding campaign. Most recently at Schifino Lee Advertising + Branding (Tampa, Fla.), she supported the account management team for several regional clients while also expanding agency influence into Hispanic markets. Fluent in Spanish, Haley double majored in advertising and public relations, and Spanish at Florida Southern College (Lakeland, Fla.).

Laskey’s account management will include clients such as Moe’s Southwest Grill, Orange County Public Schools and Frontline Homeowners Insurance. Lawhorn’s Signature Seasonings, Eurotire and US Equity Advantage will be supported by Haley.
